"Warehouse Supervisor" Position Open

Our ideal candidate for the position will possess a strong work ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Chinese Mandarin skill is a plus. This person will have a proven ability to multitask, previous experience in a fast paced distribution environment, and a broad understanding of logistics. Ability to work in a team environment and move with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude is a must.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work under the direction of the Operations Manager to delegate daily tasks, audit outbound shipments and complete outbound shipments. Exceptional attention to detail monitoring outbound shipments and resolution of any shipping related issues. Candidate must be able to manage others with ability to complete one’s own tasks.
Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and warehouse personnel
Verify and pick products according to part number
Pack and label cartons to ensure delivery to customers without damage
Organizing products throughout the warehouse.
Generates labels and prepares paperwork necessary for order shipment.
Ability to problem solve and adjust within a fast paced distribution environment
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Must be able to execute based on verbal and written instructions
1-3 years of experience in a logistics based role
Experience managing other team members
Experience in Inventory/Auditing role
Experience with creating/receiving Freight shipments
Physical ability to be on your feet all day
Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic computer skills
Basic mathematical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
