Must be willing to work 6 days a week
Will be working at the Headquarters Warehouse Office, under a supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates the daily domestic and intercompany Purchase Order (PO)
- Reports to store departments about the add-on orders
- Changes the quantities of the daily orders while receiving the calls from all store receivers
- Updates promotion and price change
- Organizes the product return reports and credit amount
- Organizes the daily log
- Performs other duties as required by business needs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree
- Minimum physical requirement: able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively with all levels in the organization
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, ex lookup, Pivot table, knowledge of Access)
- Must be flexible and organized
