We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the computer component industry and the ability to manage the day to day activities and utilize superior customer interaction skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receives phone calls, answering questions and resolving customer’s issue.
· Respond, investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and online customer support.
· Assist customers with processing product warranty, return, and repair.
· Ensures that all customer problems are resolved quickly and met customer’s satisfaction.
· Process customer’s order/ return/ replacement
· Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
